Terms
Terms of Payment:
- All sales are C.O.D. unless credit has been established and approved in advance
- Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge per annum
- Stock listed is subject to prior sale, available quantity and weather conditions
- All trucking delivery charges are C.O.D.
- Any damages to trees must be noted in writing on Freight Bill or Delivery Ticket when unloaded. There will be no adjustments made without calling Quaker Meadows Nursery BEFORE the driver leaves
Orders:
- All orders from new accounts or accounts that have not yet established credit will require a 25% deposit
- All deposits must be received within ten days of the original order date
- All orders will require a signed confirmation of sale by account to Quaker Meadows Nursery
Claims
- We acknowledge orders subject to crop and weather conditions. We are not responsible for orders unable to be filled because of conditions beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, freeze, hail, fire, drought, vandalism, animal damage, rain, or other acts of God
